A really great and beautiful Persian Karajeh from NW Iran, north of Heriz near the Russian border.  I really like Karajeh rugs and this is exceptional, both in the fineness of the knotting, design, and drop-dead colors.  Circa 1920, the natural dye colors have aged and muted to a wonderful patina and the all-over design will be a great addition to any room.  The size is 8.3 X 11.2 and has an excellent, even pile (kork wool) and no issues.  Ready for another 100 years to be passed down as a family heirloom.  $1295                          K-294
