It measures 4’9”x7′. This classically designed Avanos prayer rug (sejjade) is woven on natural ivory wool warps and natural ivory hand-spun wool for the wefts. This collectible museum quality prayer rug has all-natural dyes derived solely from organic plant sources.
The pile condition of this early antique weaving exhibits overall medium pile. The top and the bottom endings are both original and complete with both endings now sewn secure to prevent any future loss of structure. T-189
