A beautiful Qom with an overall design, size 9.4 x 12.6.  It has soft Kork wool that was dyed with natural dyes that have aged and muted to a wonderful patina.  A navy-blue ground with an antique red and ivory border.  This is a magnificent design called “Minahhani Veramin “ whose origin dated to the time of Shah Abbas; it’s beauty is timeless. Circa 1930s, the condition is excellent with medium even pile, no repairs, stains, or issues.  The knotting is very fine, only found in the finest old carpets.
