A beautiful new 8.7 x 11.8 Persian Tabriz design with silk and wool pile hand knotted in China with 400 knots per square inch. China stopped crafting hand-knotted rugs in 2019 and now only produces machine made rugs. The hand knotted rugs are now becoming very scarce and expensive with rug dealers. The wool is thick and soft and the allover floral design is typical of a Persian Tabriz. It features neutral shades of grey, pale blue, pale pink and greens on an ivory ground.
Rugnet only sells hand-knotted new, vintage and antique rugs in excellent condition. As with all hand-knotted rugs, imperfections in knotting and coloration are expected and add to the individuality and value of the rug.
All rugs are shipped free of charge. There is no sales tax for customers outside of Virginia.
